Gantt Chart

The Gantt Chart is the main scheduling tool within Dayshape and is where all resources can view their schedule and the schedules of others. While most users will have access to view the Gantt chart and all associated information within it, the actions that people can take will differ significantly between user groups. For example, Resource Managers typically have full control over the Gantt and all resource schedules, while Practitioners may only be able to request non-chargeable work (unavailabilities) on their own schedule.

The Gantt is the most feature-rich area of Dayshape and this section of the guide describes the filters and settings used to locate and view the information you need, and the key actions that can be carried out here.
